How it works
Tell us your group name and roughly how many families. We send an invoice or a card link — whichever your organisation needs.
You receive a sheet of unique access codes, one per family.
Hand them out however suits you — email, team app, printed at a meeting.
Each family enters their code once at myuniview.com and has full access for the licence year.
Codes are single-use, so a code that gets forwarded is simply used by whoever enters it first.
If a family loses theirs, ask us and we will issue a replacement. We never need your families'
details — they create their own accounts, or use the app without one.

Questions people ask
Do families need to give us their details? No. You distribute codes; they redeem them
themselves. We never see your roster.
What if we grow mid-year? Additional codes can be added to an existing licence at the
same per-family rate.
Can we pay by purchase order? Yes. Schools and nonprofits usually do. Email us and we
will send an invoice with whatever documentation your finance office needs.
What happens at renewal? Codes stop working at the licence expiry date. Families who
want to continue on their own can subscribe directly.
